As the name suggests this cider is made from seven of our traditional cider varieties grown on our orchards. Barrel fermented on fine lees then bottle conditioned. Medium straw colour with a nose of fresh stewed apples. Rich full middle palate with parmesan notes. The finish has delicious drying tannins and balanced acid with good length creating a truly serious cider.

No added sugar.
Suitable for vegans/vegetarians.
