Deep straw colour. Nose exhibits apple pie with slight mealy characters. Palate is combination of opulent tannins and racy acid for which Dabinett heritage apple is known for. The Improved Foxwhelp apple brings some sense and sensibility to the blend which creates a delicious dry cider.
